Yes. You must be signed into your Houston BOMA website account to access the Learning Lab. If you don't have one yet, you can create a free profile at houstonboma.org/create-account.

Simply sign into your Houston BOMA account at houstonboma.org. Once logged in, navigate to the Learning Lab and your session will carry over automatically.

Browse available offerings in the Learning Lab and select the course or webinar you'd like to attend. Registration is completed by click on the "Register" button on your selected webinar or online course.

No. Each learner must register using their own Houston BOMA account to ensure accurate records and certificate delivery.

In-person offerings, including BOMI designation courses and Houston BOMA seminars, are not registered through the Learning Lab. You can view upcoming in-person education events and register at houstonboma.org/events/education-events.

All content you've registered for or completed is available in your personal library within the Learning Lab after logging in. Navigate to the My Library tab.

No. Once you register for content, it remains in your library with no expiration.

Yes. Recordings are made available in your library after the live session concludes.

If a course or webinar includes supplemental materials, they will be available in a dedicated resources tab on that content's page.

Webinar recordings are not available for download, but there's no need to save them — all content you register for remains in your library indefinitely. You can return to the Learning Lab and watch at any time. 

Depending on the course, Houston BOMA offers the following credit types: TREC CE, RPA, SMA, FMA, and BOMI CE. Credit type and hours are listed on each course, webinar, or seminar. You can also filter content by credit type using the Filter by Credit Type options on the left side of the catalog page.

Yes, your credit is recorded automatically upon completion. You can review your progress and earned credits at any time in My Library.

Your certificate is generated automatically upon completing a course or webinar. Once issued, it will be available directly on that content's page in the Learning Lab, where you can download or print it for your records.

No. Credit and certificates are issued only to the registered learner. Each participant must register individually to receive credit.
